Quite a bit. Mainly because I was an alcoholic for about a year. And, no, I'm not kidding. Vodka's a hell of a drink. Back at it though and feelin' great. Hopefully, I'll look even better when I go on the sauce. Who knows ?

Squat got better - form and weight.
Lost around 20+ lbs of flab.
Trying to do some basic gymnastics but not strong enough at the moment.

I've seen a noticeable difference in the way girls look at me since I put 5 more pounds on my deadlift.

My physique improved..
Some of my lifts stayed the same, while others increased/decreased.

I've had to increase my G4P rates by 10% since the economic downturn.
Schmoes now have to pay more to touch my shredded glutes.

Bigger... Slightly Stronger on most lifts

Size has improved zero, but that's not my goal. Some of my lifts are way up and that feels really good, gonna hit it up heavy today. Deads and Pistol Squats, get some!

probably got worse or stayed the same, atleast i lost some of my permabulker fat.
gotta get me some testosterona, after 10 years training naturally, there isnt any progress and you still look like shit ::)

i look the best i ever have in 15+ years of doing this. i finally almost have the physique i set out to get when i started all of this.

Not a significant difference to be honest. Just a little bit bigger each year with the bodyfat staying the same.

Gained 9 pounds in weight. 10kg on bench, 15kg deadlift. Stronger on most lifts.

I went from 256 to 229 in 7 weeks on P90X,I haven't been this lean since I was 20 but I still have all the muscle I have been hiding under the fat all these years.I have never looked as good as I do now,just wish my hair line would stop going back but all the training in the world wont stop that.

I'm hoping quite a bit, my lifts are higher in reps, lower in weight, I am weaker, smaller, so I'm feeling real good right now,

the diet and having now run gh for over a year.
the combination of the two has gotten me leaner and bigger than i have ever been, on a less mg per mg basis, and at my age i should be done growing.
but if i had to point a finger id say its mostly gh. the gh changes your physique completely. its gives a fullness and roundness that you normally otherwise wouldnt have. think of gh as black guy genetics for a white man. :)

Something strange i want to mention... my "squat" went down but my legs look better that when I squatted heavier (heavier for me).
So lifts and physique improvements dont always go hand to hand..
