yeah, the senate said NO THANKS to this one. the GOP 2012 potentials gave him a pat on the shoulder but none endorsed it.
it was a nice house of reps bill they can use to brag to their extreme base.

i'd support the Ryan plan for cutting medicare.... just not the bullshit about "let's save 6 tril a year, then give 4.5 tril of it back to the rich in tax cuts...
