...I'm moving to Sacramento in a couple of weeks. What's the name of a good gym to train at? Please don't let me sign up for 24 hour fitness.

Gorillas gym. If you can handle the smell and like to workout by yourself, it's just the place for you.

Thanks, I'll definitely check it out.
Other suggestions from anyone else in the mean time?

Where will you be living?
If you haven't signed a contract on a place yet, DON'T until you've had a chance to check out the gym situation, because not every part of Sac has a suitable gym close by.

Midtown. I actually just closed on a place yesterday. Since I'm completely new to the area I figure it's best to be in a lively area around other young folks, plus I don't have to drive too far to work. But you're right though, I'm not seeing a high number of gyms around there that seem decent. So far, four "crossfits" and counting, but nothing else. ::)
I've discovered a place called "super training gym" that's obviously hardcore, but it's a powerlifting gym and I'm more into bodybuilding type training.
And shame on you, mods, for changing my thread title; now I won't get shit for hits. :(
