Im not from america, however from what I've seen a few years back with the cyclone that hit new orleans i saw alot of black people in that city so im assuming New Orleans is up there?

It's funny because now it's a daily occurrence of opening the paper or going to a chicago newspaper site it doesn't even grab my attention.

If the sun will rise tomorrow, sure as shit there's gonna be a blackie getting murk'd.

I am less than 10 miles from Richmond and Oakland.


It's funny, but a lot of people would have expected to see South Central L.A.


I got another city to add to that list. This city (per capita) had them all beat, it's just not publiced.

Richmond homicide rates (and Oakland) are actually higher on that list than they let on. Many of the gang-related homicides go un-reported. No media. Nothing.


the gangs look for notoriety and infamy through publicity and the local P.D basically say's "fuck you, we'll shoot you instead..."

Off topic, this is nothing compared to Johannesburg, SA. 5000 murders a year. I've been there, didn't see anyone murdered though.
