As a bodybuilder/power lifter/olympic lifter/g4p/gym rat/getbigger/whatever you are ?
What fucks it up for you?
For me its sleeping habits. I dunno if I'm an insomniac or what, but I'm always up at weird hours (hahahha - last night I was up like a total nerd playing Halo with my friends til 4 am!)
Its really not conducive to lifting, I stay up sooo late, or I get very little sleep, and then I'm walking around like a zombie all day popping tylenol and pounding caffeinated drinks left and right!
Really trying to change this about myself!
As you guys can see, I'm up at 2:20 am right now, posting on GETBIG and eating a box of Milano Chocolate mint cookies! ;D

I have terrible insomnia on eq or tren. It's ok though cause I haven't had a job in two years and can just sleep during the day.

Yep same here - I tend to get a mad sugar craving usually post 8pm - I had a good day's diet yesterday and then finished off a big tub of ice-cream - I just couldn't stop eating the damn thing.
Sleep (or lack thereof) is also a problem - I should be going to bed at least two hours earlier than I should.

You've dieted for a couple of weeks. Your muscles are depleted so you look flat.....but you haven't lost a significant amount of fat yet.....You look worse than when you started the diet......

all of us are like that not only you ,,its from trenbolona ace ,,this is the main culprit behind the energized annoying talker between 11 pm and 3 am ,,
trenbolona will just get you hyper and in a way high ,,its a diff high,,its the type of high when your girlfriend want to go to sleep and you sit there and talk your head off...its nto yoru fault its the trenbolona,,but as said many times before it is the number one reason for fellas breaking up and if not careful ending up in troubles

Sugar late at night. I never kept junk food in my place before I was married so I hardly ever cheated on a diet. Now since I have been married the wife keeps junk food in the house and I crave sweets and at night. The older I get, the less willpower I have over the cravings.

My downfall as far as being a body builder is I don`t have enough money to buy all the drugs it takes to be a contender. I will have to be satisfied being a weightlifter with a normal sized penis and an appetite for cookies.

Women. Well, it's the after effects. Like missing a protein drink before going to bed as she's stuck to my dick or having to get up early to leave her place, missing breakfast due to having to rush to work after a shower, etc. I'm in a good mind to fuck them all off and just go into dungeon-like training mode for 3 months to be ready for the summer and brutally fuck all the German and Scandinavian gash that parades around the Greek islands every summer.
