You will probably starve but only those last few weeks. You can get quite lean without too much pain.

True.. just started the Keto diet... lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks .. so far so good but yea its kinda torture 6 days a week

top round beef or carne asada, cheese, chicken breast, tilapia, almonds or peanuts ... basically rotate that shit, im trying to keep it under 2,000 cal a day

and saturdays ill have 2 meals of my choice

been good on the diet, but with the cutting out of the carbs really took out the energy to hit the gym, went from 5 or 6days a week to about 2 or 3

3 days a week low carb then upping them? Basically carb cycling?

yea from what i read online... You carb up Friday night about 7pm  - Saturday night 7pm
and this was more more or less the foods you eat on keto

im also using the iphone App "LOSE IT"
to count my calories / carbs/ protein/ fat grams

15 lbs in 3 weeks isnt a good thing..by by muscle... you must look like a contestant on the biggest LOOSER and have to loose 150 lbs.. Keto is a fucken joke..

And best part here is, when the work is done and you're ripped natural mofo, no one even knows you lift when you've your clothes on.... COOL  :D

yes, people fail mentally when cutting. you can't eat and feel satisfied like a normal guy. that gets normal results. you feel fine? then you fucked up and you know it deep inside.

You have to eat like a machine and learn to like the omnipresent, lingering state of real hunger for just a little bit more.
