Title: Wish me luck tomorrow!
Post by: Wiggs on May 09, 2011, 07:17:51 PM
I've been fortunate enough to have been volunteered to interview for the District Manager position at my company. A many of you know, I recently started working again in February after being unemployed for over a year...Well the guy that hired me as a manager for one of the stores (the district manager) is going back to his home town in Colorado because a District Manager position opened up and he was hired for it which opened his position.

I was going to apply but I changed my mind as I thought I wouldn't have a chance.  Well, I received an e-mail last Monday from the regional director that he would like to interview me for the position.  Naturally I was happy but rightfully nervous as if I'm hired for this position, It's a very large pay raise and I would be in charge of all stores in Henderson, Las Vegas and one in Mesquite.  The reason I was put up for the position is because they want to hire from within and I'm the only one with a college degree and currently working on my M.B.A....anyway wish me luck!

If any of you have any tips for interviewing for an upper management position, let me know!

Love Wiggs ;D

If they give you lip with the questions, hint at your connections to Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and that you've got their numbers on speed dial.

lol.........Boy that would be a story to tell...You want to here something awesome?  A couple weeks ago my boss said, "I was talking to HR last week and XXXX said if we drug tested everyone in the company, they would lose half the employees to MJ"....I asked, "What if they have a medical MJ card?"  He said, "Then we can't do anything"....

I was very happy that evening.

during the interview mention that you are a high ranked poster at "getbig", this should do the trick!

Good luck, Wiggs !

Btw, you might not want to bring up the fact that you like large, muscular black men that dress up like lions that fuck grapefruits for sexual amusement. Just my honest, professional opinion. Talk about baseball instead. It'll really be a nice icebreaker. Your welcome, bud. And, again, best wishes. :)

Goood luck Wiggs...hopefully you get it...

but it sucks that they do that "hire from within", sucks for people who can be the "new blood", especially the young guns...
I've had situations where jobs that I applied for, they only interviewed "from within", they had to put out the job announcement---they already had who they were going to hire in mind, it was just a show...and then that person didn't do too well on the job.

You are making gains, and it is all due to GetBig! ;D

Good luck, Since being here you've been a very positive representative of Getbig.  There's an old saying, "You reap what you sow" and my friend you will sow in abundance.  I would brush up on some reading before the big day. Covey's seven habits of highly effective people and Jesus-CEO are two of my fav's and most motivational.

Also, Take the time you have off to do some research. Learn all you can about your new employer. Learn about their product lines, their philosophies, and their corporate culture. Call around to see if anyone in your network knows any of your future co-workers and ask that person to introduce you prior to your first day. Wouldn't it be nice to see a friendly face when you walk through the door on your first day?

Plan what you're going to wear during the first week of work. Remember, you'll want to wear your most conservative outfits to start off, until you figure out what's appropriate and what isn't. See what needs to go to the dry cleaner or the tailor, what needs to be washed and ironed, and what needs to be replaced. This will save you from having to take care of those things when you may be coming home tired. That first week of a new job can be physically and emotionally exhausting. Believe me, dress to the nines and you will turn heads and command respect like no other Getbigger.
Plan the route you'll take to work as well as some alternate routes. Should there be traffic, or if a train line is out of service, you'll be glad you did, no one wants to show up late for anything esp. a new job!!!!!

STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wiggs if you are depending on "luck" then you are shit out of it.

To get into mgmt.  You need to own the fuck out of the interview. Speak with confidence and speak as a leader of generation nothingness.  Don't sound like a know it all but sound confident in your decisions and take ownership of what you say.  No one wants to hire a manager that is looking to pass of failures onto others.

Also speak like you beleive in their product, the company and the vision.  Any hesitation in the question "why do you want this job" will lose it for you.  You want it because the leadership is top notch, the company sells an outstanding product that you have no hesitation standing behind and the future there is bright.  What is your 5 year goal there?  To help drive profits higher, build a strong team and help your hiring manager succeed.

You need to OWN THE FUCK OUT OF IT!

Don't be a passive pussy who is not sure why he got chosen for the interview.

Be calm, confident and honest during the interview. Dont try to put on a show or act like your better than you really are. Show them that your motivated for the position and that your the man for the job. Also, dress nicely and appropriately. Just my 2 cents, wish you luck my friend! :)

So you want the job, huh?

Here's what you do, prior to the actual interview, work up a good solid erection by jerking your junk off on the car ride over, then strap 5-6 mini-rubber bands to the base of your scrotum (shaft included).  Then, put your soldier away and make sure it lays flat against your thigh (Boxer briefs will help with this).

During the interview, make sure to pat your upper thighs often as you make strong comments about their company, almost as if slapping the top of thighs (palms open).

If there are women in there, they will notice the size of your black cock and want to hire you for that sheer fact alone.

If there are men in there, they will respect you for having such a huge cock.

I know this sounds ridiculous to you, but this technique has worked for MANY men of color before.

Go in there and knock 'em dead tiger..

Are you taking your tupperware chicken and sweet potato into the interview?

I'd recommend a casein shake an hour before.

You can't chance a fast digesting whey isolate leaving you catabolic mid interview.

maybe he should get down on his knee's and suck their dick too???  he is offering his services to them and in return they are offering what they see fit in wage which is probably a lower than what he deserves.  Where is this attitude that you must bow down to corporate people, fuck them, they are taking advantage of him, and will lie cheat and steal to make a profit regardless.  Wiggs just look out for yourself, if the job is too much stress for you, and you don't need the extra money don't take it.
