i believe he said he started off as a strongman but moved into BBing, if im not mistaken? Apparently "uses" 125lb dumbbells for 1 arm tricep extensions lol

fixed for the reality...Robert is a overhyped never was, put him in the same category as Zach Khan, only that Robert is actually competing...

The telltale sign...his weak as lower back, looks like he and Wolf did train together

And his arms lack seperation as well...no cuts, no glory...

phil has huge arms but he looks like a schoolboy when he sits on that bench, really all arms. a top pro should have huge width.

lol...when Kai was winning contests, Burneika was struggling for his "pro card".. ::)..which was actually a gift  :D, since Kuclo should have won it in 2010.
