Actually he was that big, you don't remember the pics of him as the The Thing? There are even offseason pics of him in Flex and Musclemag of him being that pig in the offseason...

There are more pics of him like this, I think even Ron took some as well.

However i do recall an interview a couple of years ago in which he said he was about 245 offseason and 271 during a contest due to not dosing until it was time to do so (something along the lines of not partaking in extra curricular activities until it was necessary lol).

Unreal taper though, should have done alot better than he did but i dont think it was always as simple as he claimed , i.e. that certain contests were for MD athletes etc. Is he still beefing with Palumbo?

I thought it was great , one of the better ones . He should of placed higher that year .
When Tom Prince trained him for his USA win, he looked even better .
