Speaking of classic, traditional pop vocalists have real talent and voices such as Sinatra, Ella and Johnny Hartman often had their vocal chords referred to as their "instruments".

But I suspect you already know all of this.  I just wanted to remind you that the roots of Rock are based in Jazz, Rhythm and Blues, and most of all talent.  

cRap has no roots and is planted in a very common fertilizer.  Shit.  Sounds like it too.
