That Arnold impersonator has been appearing on Stern's show for about 10-12 years now. Any one who thinks that's really Arnold is a dim wit. The guy who impersonates him is a skinny little twink in real life. Still funny as shit.

Pretty obvious it's fake, but he certainly nails Arnold's voice and mannerisms.
