Jay is great with BB fans and the media as our Mr Olympia.
However, politics is a dog-eat dog business and better suited for a more ruthless guy like Arnold.

and once your in the political field, all niceties and what not is thrown out the window! jay would have to be worried about all and any kind of rumors, and trashing and what not regardless if they are true and all the skeletons ( does he have any besides his aas) use coming out.

of course that didn't hurt arnold did it?!

Every pro should emulate the Falcon school of music video creation.  Also Falcon should make more music videos to inspire pros in training, the quality of Olympia contenders physiques is on the line!

yessir for leans inspiration today i chose to put this crappy vanilla whey into a bowl of pudding and tasted great!

I bought a bucket of walmart whey specifically to flavor my oatmeal.  I gotta go to get a part to fix my outboard motor, I had to drive the boat backwards for about a mile today, maybe I'll pick up some pudding and put it to the test.
