Ronnie's triceps were at their best from 98-2001, but like the other poster said, he just couldn't hit the pose correct.
-
He had MASSIVE tris and detailed...
Later in his carreer he had some injuries and they lost size and got flat.
-
Left tri still massive
I just laugh when I see people say Ronnie has no tris etc
Watch any of his videos his tris are literally hanging of the back of his arms... Down the elbow like they're about to fall off
-
he had monstrous triceps, he also had monstrous calves only no definition what makes people think he had no calves.

You're absolutely right. If you look closely, the man actually looks perplexed at the mere attempt of hitting that pose.

just another facet to very complex being that is Ronnie Coleman.
-
he looked uncomfortable most the time on stage, like a geeky white man in a black body
-
Here's some pretty decent tris
-
Its amazing that somebody with tris that look so fuggin huge on his arm, especially in the FDB and RDB, but he has one of the WORST side tri poses in BB.
I dont understand.
Compare to Dorian, the complete opposite, arms are completely average for a pro, but his side tri is one of the best in BB history.
Always thought that was weird.
It has to have something to do with the outer head of his tri being underdeveloped or something. Seems like the outer head is extremely long and thin looking, and it destroys his side tri.
-
ronnie had short muscles in his arms...
they were huge but short, it gave him a very good bicepspeak with a slice in the middle.
but it made his triceps looking less in some poses.
dorian's side triceps looked sick because of conditioning... guy was a fu@$ing mummy!
ronnie was a better bodybuilder masswise, had it all!
but conditioning , nobody touches dorian, maybe dex , and ofcourse munzer....

Now These are tri's....the rest are only try's..

There is another pic of him doing the same shot---his tris are not as seperated and his chest is "pftttt", And when he competed (pros), his tris--arms in general were "subpar" compared to his legs (yeah, I wish i was that "subpar")...too bad his issues were bigger than his tris AND his quads...
-

Looks good here

Looks good here
some of the best tris ever
-
What happened to this clown btw ?
-
not a fan of ernies tris
-
Looks good here
Never was good as that other shot---look at the seperation of the his tris and delts, and the striations, and look at his chest and abs---something happened, he never looked better, he was smoother in all the other pics
-
What happened to this clown btw ?
He had to retire from bodybuilding after oil prices shot up a few years ago

He went extreme keto once, almost died. Maybe gave him his best ever though...

the gig was up---notice how his tris look like a clump of "something" in his arms...no more Mr. 23 Inches...and he had a good physique as well.
-
Don't know much about it: can you remove that stuff again??

Yes, he was training with/under Dorian and around 96/97, some people like McGough were saying he could be the future of the "sport".
-
ernie totaly fucked him self up in a motor cycle accident,,, he's still quite a big dude
we had him in our gym and he was great, gave top advice, good sense of humour too...he wouldnt admit to synthol tho, but went into great detail about everything else
i was suprised how big he was, with such a tiny waist too

Did he leave grease stains after he left?

in 96 MD ran a article on him, he claimed 22s at the time...then in 97 Felx Mag did a pictorial, it was after he competed and did well...most color pics are from 97-98 Flex mag shoots.
And yeah, he trained at Dorian's gym and Dorian vouched for him. Ernie had denied the synthol claimins, saying that why wouldn't he put it in his calves instead---because it would be too easy to spot, duh.
-
What happened to this clown btw ?
Needs more synthol.
