yep, benchpress over 500, deadlift 225x112, shoulder press with 150lbs dumbells, all can be achieved with 3-4 years of dedicated training, jamaican or mexican food and expensive wine.

Obviously there are limits but I'd say that as a natural there are greater muscle mass limits than strength limits.

Majority of people believe a 4 plate bench is attainable for a natural, with some people strongly skeptical.

You can take a group  all the same age range none ever lifted weights before-  one will naturally be the strongest!  Over time some will increase more or less than the others naturally!

Somewhat hard question to answer because many times a natural could be very strong at one lift, but very modest on the others. For instance, I've seen naturals put up very strong numbers in the dead, while putting up very average gym rat numbers in the other two lifts. A good rule of thumb is that for a three lift powerlifting total, steriods tend to add 20% to 30% to the number, heavily tested raw vs. untested raw. So, say a untested lifter gets a #2000 total, I'd expect a good natural to be in the 1500-1600 range, maybe a bit less for an average lifter, bit more for someone with superb genetics.

id imagine you should look at powerlifting or olympic lifting records pre 1950's for real natural strength feats, but then again, they are genetic elite
