here is when i was eating only meat and fiber one and binging 2 times a week on junk food
beware this kind of eating only works when young and healthy

damn, yeah that's true,
I have an almost unlimited long term energy when eating lots of meat from the fats, but it comes with a cholesterol load for punishment tho
I used to eat a lot of lean turkey till I think I developed allergy to it. that was years ago

yeah eventually the meat eating caught up to me to , reading a bunch of literature on the cancer effects of meat coincided with my own flesh eating disease that was on my arm. i knew it was a sign to give it up. i still managed to stay ripped for sometime after quitting the meat eating alot of soy protien bars but eventually i had to give in to even more calories to suffice my needs (getting fat)

I had a hazard regarding vegetation today Mr. Falcon, I loaded up all this hay in the picture and the inside of my forearms look like I got whipped at a Vietnamese prison camp. The message is don't ever eat hay if you can help it and try to keep it away from your skin.

yes but manual labor is more meaningful
to think if god is really real and we get judged....he will ask why us stupid people spent so much time lifting a dumb-bell when we couldve been working building muscle on doing manual labor wich is more productive for society

i was training two times a day for a total of 2 hrs per day. i ate mainly fried chicken breasts with some of the skin and crunchyness. i would also take whey protiens. i think i averaged 400 grams a day of protien
then i would have uncontrollable binges brought on by low carbs and weed smoking and would gain water/fat weight back super fast. that led to frustration cause i couldnt control my appetite anymore, it was simply too much work doing damage control workouts after binging. i couldnt keep pace with the need to train even more to lose the rebound weight gain

We need to form a coalition to promote farming, construction, and other manual labor activities to young minorities. These activities would help them with a sense of purpose and give them a mentor to fill in for a missing father figure.
