I'll paypal you $50 if you can run for 45 minutes, steady pace without passing out.

Your camp is all about functional strength and sprints. I'm questioning your endurance

$50 only? That's hardly worth the effort

Give me one reason why I would want to do that for my athletes or myself?

I could've used your boys to put up hay today, I was pitching them ten bales high at 75-90 pounds apiece. I did about three hundred bales in the barn and still have a pasture with about another two hundred. Send them to me if you can.

He's still ridiculously strong and his conditioning is still good. That keg is around 140-50 and filled with liquid so it being an unbalanced load makes difficult. The carry was a total of 60 yards for four rounds. It's going to be an experience training with him, I have a feeling I'm going to be having some problems keeping up (that's an understatement). He was telling me a few year back that he tore his distal bicep tendon deadlifting and told me to check out on youtube. He had it re-attached and has good success in MMA and training at Wolfslair.

Grandma didn't have any rocks on the lawn, but my other grandparents was probably 100-120lbs out of a creek bed.  We were going to use it for home plate playing wiffle ball.

None of the bales were dry and the baler was making most of them long.

Nah, I never worry about Alex. As for the gut. I just ate and didn't take a dump all morning but I'd still have a bit of a gut. Even when I dieted down I still had a bit of a gut.

Oli Thompsons wiki has him listed at 6'1. But he himself has said that he is lucky to be 5'11 1/2 on a good day because of all the heavy weight he's put on his spine. Jesus Coach if Oli is 5'11 1/2, by your pictures you can't be taller than 5'4 1/2?
