Title: Question: do basketball players juice?
Post by: Deicide on May 21, 2011, 02:42:50 PM
I ask this because not all steroids enhance mass, some just increase strength and speed.

I wonder what the level of 'enhancement' is in the NBA for example.

Experts, do chime in!

Small doses of Test and GH for recovery. Some uppers (speed, Ephedrine) for drive and aggression, maybe some painkillers here and there for the joints.

Drugs are probably in every majoy American sport; someone once told me golfers juice, at the time I did not believe it but today, who knows?

Even archers juice. They use beta blockers and other bloodpressure meds for calm hands.

It's not a "sports" thing, it's a "people" thing.

Juicers are ubiquitous...

I've had doctors who have told me that i'm overweight (BMI), yet I had a deep 6 pack...yet they have a gut, smoke, and are on cholesterol meds (which they recommended to me).

And it's a question that I have asked here. Why is it that, doctors smoke, take meds that they want you to be on, have guts?

If I had to put up with sickly fuckers and whining hypochondriacs all day long I'd be hitting the booze/smokes/anything-at-all as well. Horrible job, wouldn't do it for any money. ;)

I follow the NBA vey closely and yes they juice, google Rashard Lewis for the last high profile guy to get busted for it.A few day ago the MVP of the league, Derek Rose came out and said Performance enhancing drugs were a big problem in the NBA and he'd like to see a level playing field, also the leagues leading scorer Kevin Durant said he had been approached over and over about going on hgh by trainers but said he wanted to remain natural, admitted its use was widespread.

Spot on. They use the compound test cream because it gets out of your system very fast.

I might have to go under the knife soon too.

 That's life.

If my body breaks down too much when I get old i'll just end it myself. Blow my own brains out with a .357, control my own destiny like a true warrior and go out strong, instead of miserably wasting away.

People try to make life predictable and stable, but we are all just helplessly drifting here really. Life was never meant to be fun and games.

isn t there a saying in basketball like " you can t teach height"?

that s bullshit

JORDAN was raised on gh at highschool and college after they discovered his talent
it s done all over us to get the good players tall enough for a pro career
it s not the "head down midget streching ledgend" he tells on his videos
unbeliveable big hands are also a factor
if jordan would have had 1-2inch smaler hands he would have been average pro at best

no one in his famaly was ever over 6'0

they mad him 6'6 with gear and then he stayed on test gh an later on epo for two decades for athletics and recovery and also some agresivness

Whats the general opinion of chess players and juice? I have noticed Viswanathan Anand and Kasparov slam down their pieces harder these past years..wondering if their trainers have "elves" supplying grade a stuff.

Some juice, some don't. Not every professional sportsman relies on pharmaceutical help, still more do than your average Joe realises though.
