Yeah, there are some sites on line where you can plug in your measurements and it will give you a guesstimate.

I checked mine out on that link at it had me at 10%.

Then I did the US Navy measurement on another site and it came back at 17%.

Before I took either test I estimated myself at between 12-15% so it looks like these two are at the extreme ends of my prediction.
