anyone noticed when eating a serving of almonds 20 minutes later you get too warm? just like when you drink a lot of muscle milk, and the energy from the medium chain fats turn to body heat.
is this a sign of allergy or some other physiological reaction?

it can be. If you have health insurance get an allergy test.

Eat a whole bag, if you wake up the next morning and realize you are dead, you were allergic.
