haha today was shoulder day and I did indeed do handstand pushups to help warm up. I only weight 180 though. :'( Only did 20 but it sure was far far far from failure.
By the way, these are a LOT easier than they look. I figure most people with balanced strength can do about as many handstands as they can pull-ups. Well maybe 2/3rds as many? Rough estimate.

Shouldn't be to difficult, all partial reps lockout fase.

Hahahaha...
And yes they are easier than they look, if you did a lot of different types of push ups early in the game and have some sort of balance they aren't that hard even for a big guy.
PS. I think many other exercises are much BETTER as in safety vs returns.

My shoulders are tuned into badibulding lifestyle, they will explode if I try that. Well, maybe not. ;D

I can do them no problem - not sure about 25 though.
