Its about 2000 cals (500grms x 4= 2000)..a protein and a carb gram have the same cals anyway.. 1gr=4cals. So why bother feeling shitty on low carbs..? :-\
-
I'd feel more shitty on low protein to be true.
Protein fills you up, tastes good.
What will you eat all day, tons of pasta and bread? You will end up bloated and feel like shit, despite the thing that your body will store the carbs as fat.

i take 400mg DNP and eat chocolate mudcake and lollies throughout the day

Are you implying that a calorie is just a calorie no matter what type of food it`s from? ;D

Hi Mr. Farah.
-
i read an interview where danny padilla said he followed a diet like this for the 81 olympia, his protien was only like around 100g daily, and carbs were real high.
-
Farah is known to use that kind of diet on his clients (high carbs low protein), but i don't know how effective it is going to be without his drug protocol.

Exactly....I know we argue back and forth about naturals....but I ALWAYS called bullshit when guys who said they were natural were also saying they were eating 4 - 5000 calories a day. WTF???? I puffed up faster than the stay puff marshmellow man when I ate over 3000. I have always kept my calories under 2500....and carbs (on my non blow out day) do not exceed 200 or so. How the fuck can someone put away 500gms of carbs and stay lean?

Farah is "known" for other things too. :D

Shut up and eat your proteins, because that is what you need from your food. Carbs are good only for storing energy as fat in your hanging ass, so you will be fine if you avoid them. What comes to calories, only thing about them is you have to know how much you need, and eat less than that. If you eat more, you remain as fat as you are now = 65% body fat. You guys need to understand that protein really is your food, and carbs are shit which is used to garnish your meal. I go to workout early in the morning after drinking 1 x 40g protein shake, and that is enough for 1,5h intensive training. After that I drink similar shake, then lunch etc. and during the day finish one more shake. I feel fine, I broke my records week after week and I am healthy as man can be. I eat about 160-200g of protein per training day, and 140-160g for recovery between training days. Last time I was sick I had little flu in 2009, so I must have done something right ;D

Before a contest my carbs range from 30-100 depending on the day...........never over 150 and that`s rare.
Anyone who claims to eat 3000-5000 grams per day is on a lot of gear, huge as hell,or just lying his ass off,or a fat permabulking fuckhead!! :)
-
....i tried this....its called winter.... ::)
-
I have averaged about 100 grams a day for the past 3 years to be honest and I gain just as well, if not better than my 200-300 gram days.
-
I just read on rx muscle that Farah killed some pro competitor's family in Belgium because he refused a stack of pancakes
