This contest really has grown stale and uninspiring. The physiques are so much less than they have ever been in its history. Sad but true.

I say Jay then Branch. Kai will fuck up the timing and come flat and blurry and get a charity eighth place. If he doesn't remove that creepy thing from the top of his head, they shouldn't even place him in the Top Ten.

ok a serious answer. i don't see jay losing it given he comes in between his '09 and 10' shape. he still the most complete, wide and doesn't let his gut get the best of him after all these years. if he's nails 09 again or dare i say better than that, the rest can go home
but kai as I see it stands very close now. him and heath battling for second and i think kai takes it.
and i couldnt agree more with above post about dexter. yes, i certainly have seen enough of that old physique
