Yes. Adonis formulated the equation for the program and actually received a small fee from bb.com for that.

Hip: 42.81 (actual 41.5)
Calve: 17.12 (actual 17.25)
Bicep: 18.13 (actual 18.5)
Neck: 18.6 (actual 17.75)
