I do not have a gluten allergy but was wondering what your experiences have been on this diet. Muscle gains, fat lose and etc.

probably not a whole lot for body building, but health wise there is certainly some. Gluten or more aptly gliadin inherently inflames the human intestines it seems to have histamine promoting effects as well. Histamine at the level of the hypothalamus does have affects on the adipostat and can alter metabolism and hunger. In the real world i would say you would feel better in general but wouldn't notice dramatic effects on body composition.

How do you figure out if youre gluten sensitive?

And what foods do contain gluten?

for sensitivity just eliminate gluten containing foods and see what happens.

For outright celiac sprue you can order anti-transglutiminase or anti-gliadin antibodies testing. The gold standard is biopsy which is intense, lol.

here ya go

I'm sure there are a lot of people who would benefit from a gluten-free diet. I've been wanting to try a gluten-free diet to see if it helps me in any way. It doesn't hurt to try to see if it could benefit your health or energy for bodybuilding. I need to find some coupons for some gluten-free foods.
