This is the piece that is now in my left femur. Neat huh? That's my little paw holding it.

Based on the appearance of your thumb, I am going to guess that the rest of your fingers also have a 'clubbed' appearance.  Make friends with a good cardiologist and visit him regularly.

Arthrosis or did you have a hip joint infection or an accident ?
