they dont approve of situps/crunches. most of the exercises i've seen have involved some ttype of equipment. what can I do?

coach I know you're a boyle guy....

know anything I can do for an anterior pelvic tilt without any equipment?? some core exercises , lower back?

Do you consider an exercise ball "equipment?"

There's a variety of effective movements you can perform on them.
