thanks. To be honest I don't have a little gyno- it's big gyno maybe one day I'll get it taken care of but for now I love training so I'll just focus on that. I have no cycle to post

nice vid i liked the music you chose, bring that width more.
Thanks- width more? What other exercises helps with width besides pullups? I've added more pullups reps plus weights I've seen a difference since. But I need to add a few more movements that would hit the spot.

Thank you- I'm excited in the past few months my back has responded to a routine change, makes me pumped to train it, almost ready to put deads back in give me more thickness down the middle and overall. COBRA back is my goal

start with wide grip pull ups, wide grip pull down, wide grip over head pull ups , pull overs cable/db, but i think you already did most of it just aim on it slightly more and start with with these exercises.

thanks Yes pushIng are my stronger lifts- still try and go heavy on pulling some of the heavier weight I didn't add to the clip cause the camera wasn't at a good position 150lb for dumbbell rows I was able to catch missed heavier barbell row and shrugs-

You can't tell in the video, but you do cover it up very well with the double shits and tank tops. Before you get gyno surgery you should post here or over at muscular development and go to the doc many bodybuilders use because he is very good and does gyno pretty much as a specialty, he can finance and give you discount too.

I truely dont keep track, I work two jobs so I don't have time to stress about it, I feel starved about every two-three hours so I eat. Mornings I do 10 eggwhites 2 yoke- cup oats/ then about every 2-3 hours I'll have 8 oz or chicken or steak with brown rice or potato. Eat a zero impact meal replacement bar and two shakes most days. Thats the basics just keep it simple. How recent was the pic you posted? My first time seeing your pic serious lifter I can respect that.

I rarely take pics of myself..people tell me im stupid. Im just not obsessswed with pics.
I still pose though, every morning in the mirror that I have .. watch the progress but no pics.

Do you eat clean all the time?
No if I crave something I'll have it- but what I mostly crave is burgers and fries eat about 90% clean. Want to stay lean but no so lean I lose strength.
