• He paid $17 million for Michael Jackson to perform at his 50th birthday, at a stadium custom-built for the event
• At one point, he was reportedly spending $50 million a month.

Apparantly he got away with it for an extended period of time.

Yes, but he at least uses his own money. Not money stolen from citizens of country you're supposed to serve like this idiot here.

They're not going to even feel anything as small as $14.8 billion. Brunei's GDP is $20.382 billion  ;D  ;D

That's like Obama spending $12 trillion.
