So for the past couple weeks I have been brushing with baking soda, then I add in my whitening toothpaste, brush for 1 minute or so.
Sometimes I gargle with hydrogen peroxide (YUCK)
My teeth have gotten mighty clean, and the coffee stains and what not are certainly gone, but my teeth aren't WHITE, just like an off white.
Will my teeth get white over time or will I have to get some kind of artificial product?
Summer is upon us, and fine ass ho's definitely like a man with a nice smile, and that means white teeth. Super white. Like my skin, only whiter.
Just wondering what you peeps say? I have heard brushing with strawberrys, but idk about that...

Smiling male appears too feminine for most females. It's their job to smile. Male smiling indicates raised estrogen levels and a lack of predator-mentality.
Females find little cocky looking males the best. In that look you don't smile.

theres truth in that but your taking it to the extreme and that extreme will not be attractive to all women..

How about just brush after every meal and floss 2-3x day. You won't have those fake, chicklet teeth, but they will look white(ish) and healthy.

I always brush with titanium dioxide. They arent sparkling white, but they are a healthy looking white.

Have you tried whiting strips?
I used baking soda once a week. And whitening paste every other time. It works over time.
If you have stains, you can go to a dentist and get laser whitening. But some people cant get movie star super white teeth without veneers.

I tried a whitening mouth wash PRE MOUTH WASH just now, and then brushed with a whitening toothpaste. I definitely see progress.
And my gums are bleeding all over the fucking place. Baking soda is rough as hell on your gums! Works though, from the first time I might add.
I will give this pre-mouthwash a go and brush and keep the baking soda to once a day maybe, and see where I get. Man baking soda works but it is freaking killer to my gums...

I brush with 3% food grade hydroen peroxide and baking soda. Works great I agree.
Another thing you can do is a technique called "Oil Pulling." You can google it.
All you do is is put a tablespoon of oil in your mouth and swish it around your teeth for 20 minutes. Do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then spit it out and rinse. You can repeat it during the day also. I use coconut oil to do this and it makes your teeth much whiter. Another plus is that it will fix any holes in your teeth. It kills any bad bacteria around your mouth and your mouth will feel CLEAN!!!!

-Had mine whitened through the dentist. He took a mold of my teeth from which made soft plastic cups that fit over my teeth; one for the lower teeth and one for the uppers. This costs about $300. The whitening gel that I put into the liner only runs about $12 from the dentist. Once I got rid of all that old stain, the maintenance was easy. After about five years, I bought another tube of whitening gel to touch my choppers up. My teeth are really white. People comment on them all the time.
I brush twice daily using a Sonicare toothbrush. I floss once a day in the morning. A couple of times a week, I swish a little hydrogen peroxide over them for about thirty seconds. Nice white teeth can help even an ugly old dude like me look better.

Get the 35 % - 44% carbamide peroxide tube/syringes on ebay, they are cheap as chips, only use to for 30 mins a day, maybe even every other day, never leave them longer than 30 mins, unless you want to be in agony, the syringes are pretty good, you can get all your teeth, and use a mouth guard so your saliva doesnt mix with it, and it also protects your gums
be careful, or it will burn your gums, goes away, but do you really want to be sitting there for 30 mins with a gum on fire sensation
Also those crest 3D are okay, they are 10% hydrogen peroxide, i think that equals 35% percent carbamide peroxide, something like that
But those dont whiten all your teeth.
But if you truely want WHITE teeth, well ZooM WHITEING..

Just using a whitening toothpaste and whitening mouthwash has made a massive difference for me.
I got my teeth polished a few years ago then just kept using these products afterwards and they've stayed looking clean and white even though I drink a lot of coffee.

And there are a lot of Africans that disagree with you...due to our Western Diet that has a shitload of sugars and processed food, it fucks up our complexions on teeth. Just like Flouride in water can cause dry flakey skin and scalp.

Whiteness of teeth has nothing to do with cleanliness, do be stupid, and the prior statement was a quote from dental professionals.
Brushing and flossing 2-3 times daily, coupled with regular dental checkups will not whiten your teeth, though they, and your gums, will be exceptionally clean/healthy.

Your gums shouldn't bleed from baking soda. Maybe you're brushing too hard (which isn't necessary) or your brush is too hard (should be a soft brush) or you left the pre-wash in too long OR you have gum disease. See your dentist if it continues.

LOL dude seriously, have you seen the white teeth some people have, it's like bright white, totally fake and bad for your teeth, do you know what will happen 20 years from now after your teeth going through that process? Nothing good, if you brush your teeth and clean them well the will have a whitish, yellowish, not totally white look.

Your gums shouldn't bleed from baking soda. Maybe you're brushing too hard (which isn't necessary) or your brush is too hard (should be a soft brush) or you left the pre-wash in too long OR you have gum disease. See your dentist if it continues.

Gingivitis and bleeding gums are a sign of trouble. Normal, healthy gums do not bleed from simple brushing and flossing. See a good dentist to improve your oral health and use a waterpik daily. http://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/

Bro, Tea tree oil toothpaste. It will actually stop gums from receding. And will for sure help with bleeding gums. Trust me on this one. Get the kind without fluoride ;)

Funny, I was just thinking about that this morning while flossing. I believe I started flossing in the morning because I would forget at night for some reason. Of course flossing at night makes more sense. Actually, I flossed after dinner tonight because I had food stuck between my teeth and it was driving me nuts.

Dropped the baking soda to once a day and my gums love me for it.
Teeth look substantially improved!!!! To say the least!!! Not fake white, but pretty darn white, and so much so that I have been smiling with more confidence. Fuck you if you think that comment is gay or whatever, it's the truth.

I'll bet these are caps and not her real teeth. They are far too even. Too much eye make up, bleached hair, lip liner outside the margins of her lips and a fake tan are all pretty good indicators that there isn't much about her that is real....not to forget those plastic boobies of hers. No doubt she looks a mess after a hard night....scary!
