That's Dave Courtney - he's a London "gangster". Most of his "claims to fame" are highly suspect - he claims to have links to the Krays and Lenny McLean which have been designed to boost his image. He's basically nothing more than a glorified author of several gangster books. He would do well on Getbig with his claims.

He doesn't have anything to do with Gaspari though so I'm not sure where people are getting that from.
