Not much wrong with his approach on training, but Gold's Venice isn't a good place to stay focused

Like Biceps need a separate training day or separate training, combine that shit with pullups - job done.

Kamali's fallen on some hard times lately.  His site is gone and his NO2 product hasn't done well in the market.  At least he's got a job. 

Its really bad out there.  Money is tight for everyone except for the Getbiggers up here who make 7 figures... ;D

Most places up north look really run down.  When I first moved to Connecticut and I drove around I kept looking for the nice parts.  The businesses looked like a run down southern strip mall.
