Title: Does the ab flex and other electronic ab belts work?
Post by: nodeal on June 14, 2011, 09:15:19 PM
Im feeling like taking it to the next level, and am prepared to add an electronic belt to my ab routine so i can get a good workout while watching tv or getting jerked. Do they work at all? Is it worth it?

Sometimes a question does not deserve an answer.

Good Luck.

No but seriously do they work? Would you see any difference in your abs from using one?

actually yes they do work. pretty well. but like anything, its not magic. 45 minutes with the ab belt on is comparable to 30-45 minutes of light ab work.  ive only used one a couple times, a dude at the gym has one he let me use. he likes to wear it while he takes walks. makes sense. my ex gf just got one too, and she loves it. but they are pricey, and like i said.. u cud get the same by just doing ab work. so for me its not worth it, but if i had one id definitely use it.

Good example how some are swept away by false of partial truths in advertisements. And can be sold just about anything (the BB'ing and supplement racket depends on people believing all this BS).  Might try using an Ab Wheel ($5 and above) for a couple of minutes every other day. Don't need battery's or a recharge. And many times more effected. Good Luck.
