I've been dieting off and on since around January. Starting to get a bit more serious with it lately though.
Some typical meals / food photos below. The drink in the first pic is the silk pure almond unsweetened. It's not quite as tasty as milk, but isn't too bad either. I figure it's a good enough substitute. The pills are a multivitamin, ester C vitamin, and glucosamine.

and that my friends is what steroids do for you. I'm not hating either, this guy can still enjoy normal shit and look the way he does cause the steroids help him do it. It makes everything 10X easier. I don't know why some bodybuilders have to make it act like it is only the finishing touch. A buddy of mine eats like shit, drinks everyday, and parties to the wee hours. He takes a couple of cycles of winny all while doing this and he gets shredded. Steroids takes away all the difficulties of being natural.

@topic i dieted down 4 weeks dropped some fat and water
(no cardio no low cals just fewer carbs as i don't do shit but sleep lift and tv shows all day) not did it for the summer, but for blowing up...

I am. Started out in january and should be finished by sometime in august or right before depending on when my school begins. Dont want to continue dieting when Im starting school, but I might continue as I really could use an extra month to get it all off. Should be in very good shape no matter what though.

Been dieting for 3-4 weeks. I went from 225 to 213 pounds. I cleaned up my diet big time. I never really new how to eat until a dude on rxmuscle set up a meal for me. I feel the best I have in years. I want to get to 10 % bodyfat maybe lower if I can.

Dude I've been using one shot of sustanon 250mg human grade and 150mg of masteron eod. It's been my best cycle so far. Nice recomp. No sides no high blood pressure. Great energy mood and sex drive. Once I get down to around 8-9 % bf I'm gonna add another shot or two of test and 20mg of really good dbol.

I am at around 26% body fat with a thick covering of blubber over my ripped abs.
Since I am closer to looking like an elephant seal than a bodybuilder, I am going to find a herd of elephant seals and see if any of the lady cow seals will hook up with me.

The broccoli is raw lol. Hard to cook it any less. I normally just scoop it out of the container onto a plate with my chicken or eggs and microwave everything for about 40 seconds so that it's warm.
The "slabs of butter" are slices of pepper jack cheese. Stuff is amazing.

Semi dieted (meaning strict 4-5 days, all you can eat 2-3 days) from November to beginning of June, dropped about 18 lbs.
got on gh and ate whatever I wanted and put on 10 lbs but stayed very close to same condition.
July 5th begin actual, honest to goodness diet to get to low singles.

I'm not dieted down as I had wanted to be. My source had some problems and I've been cruising or abstaining from juice all together, but not by choice. Still look good enough to take off my shirt even after a big shitty meal from McDonalds, but not feeling as invincible or as douchy as I could feel. Feels bad, man. :-\

I feel your pain bro. Everytime I go off the diet and binge eat tubs of ice cream, I feel like crap. A good solid two weeks of low carb dieting though and you can be back on track very very fast. Summer is still early. Good luck.
I to fuck my diet up with Ice cream. Which sucks because I know better. Ice cream is one of the worst things an adult human can put in its body. Its a sever inflammatory. So much so it creates mucus in the body almost as soon as you eat it. Anyone with sinus problems should stay away from it.
But if you decide to devour a half gallon of ice cream in a sitting, take in a couple tbsp of ginger(a good anti-inflammatory) to try to off set it if possible. And keep a neti pot handy to clear your sinus's out over the next couple days.

Down to about 10% natty. Eating twice a day with the mainstay meal being grilled chicken, green leafys and 1/2 baked potato. Do some cheating on weekends: a few beers, cheeseburger deluxe & dessert.
Would like to get to ~8% by vacation time, the last 3 weeks of August.

I eat what I want but its usually "clean" anyway, so junk just fills me out. But its cold as fuck where I live and I'm rocking a leather jacket and still cold lol
