BRO'S I NEED SOME HELP.

I'M NOT TRYING TO "DIET" OR "GAIN WEIGHT". I'M JUST TRYING TO KEEP MYSELF AT A SIMILAR BODY WEIGHT, BUT GAIN MUSCLE IN SOME AREAS AND INCREASE CONDITIONING.

BASICALLY

1) KEEP BODY WEIGHT NEAR 188-195LBS
2) LOWER BODY FAT/INCREASE CONDITION
3) GAIN SIZE IN CERTAIN AREAS EVEN IF MINIMAL...LIKE 1/8 INCH OR 1/4 INCH.
4) GAIN STRENGTH IN CERTAIN EVEN IF MINIMAL(10LBS TOTAL SQUAT OR DL)

I'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR 35 DAYS WENT FROM 194 TO 192 AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN ABOUT 12 DAYS WHERE I DIDN'T MAKE AS SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS. PERHAPS IM BEING TOO IMPATIENT?

I HAVE FOUR DAYS WHERE I TRAIN AND DO CARDIO PWO, AND THREE DAYS WHERE I DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. SERIOUSLY. I GO TO WORK AND SIT ON A COMPUTER FROM 9 TO 6, COME HOME AND FROM 6:30 TO 12 SIT ON THE COMPUTER AGAIN.

IF MY GOAL IS TO NOT CUT CALORIES CAUSE IM NOT TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT, HOW ELSE DO I CREATE A DEFICIT? ANYTHING OUT THERE BESIDES UPPING THE DOSE? THINKING ON ONE OF MY OFF DAYS TO DO AB WORK + SOME CARDIO, THE OTHER OFF DAY GO SWIMMING OR DO SOME MORNING CARDIO(WALK MY DOG) AND THE OTHER OFF DAY DO NOTHING LIKE I AM RIGHT NOW.

ON 375MG WEEK OF HUMAN GRADE TEST.

I'm not sure if I'm reading all this right or not so I don't mean any disrespect...it sounds like you're wanting to get something out of nothing, at least that's how i interpreted it.

Yes, you can get a lot leaner without dieting per say while maintaining the same weight but regardless of what anyone else tells you the truth is simple, that takes a lot of drugs.

All of the above...not necessarily all at the same time though. Rotate it as needed.

THINKING OF ADDING 2 MORE DAYS OF SOME EXERCISE- MORNING CARDIO ONE DAY, SWIMMING/ABS ONE DAY SO I HAVE ONLY ONE DAY AS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. AND ON THOSE OFF DAYS I'LL TAKE OUT ABOUT 50 GRAM CARBS AND REPLACE THAT WITH ONE CASEIN SHAKE OF 50 GRAMS WORTH BEFORE BED.

ILL UP THE DOSE LATER. THINKING ABOUT ADDING SOME GH PEPTIDES BUT ID RATHER KEEP SAVING AND BUY THE ACTUAL STUFF.
