Why does the individual posing routines suck these days? Although Richardson looked good, his posing routine was boring as shit. Is the posing routine at the end even scored?
Great routine ;D
-
Fuck yeah for Frank Mcgrath.
Probably has the best off-season physique of any pro IMHO.
Awesome that he did well.

It's because no one gives a shit
no one gives a shit if you fight up on stage
no one gives a shit if you pose MM before side chest
and hell it's getting worse in bigger shows it's disgusting.

Ah thanks. He's got a great pair of legs minus the calves and a pretty good conditioning. His weakest points are his back and the lack of detail on his abs.

toronto pro=weak lineup.
I wouldn't call those top 5 guys "weak". Some of them have the potential to get a top 10 placing at the Arnold or the 'O.
-
Ah thanks. He's got a great pair of legs minus the calves and a pretty good conditioning. His weakest points are his back and the lack of detail on his abs.
Are you kidding or did you drop some plates on your glasses? His quads are definitively one of his weakest bodyparts..

From now on I will call you Doctor Alpha ;D
OK, his inner quads need more thickness, but I would not complain when I had an outsweep like that
