This guy was born 1961,Canadian old-timer Pro bodybuilder since 1989!
Looking amazing at 202 lbs of Toronto Pro Super Show 2011.

I always use to like HT. Man's from the " old guard ". ;D Still looks pretty damn good, too. Not excellent, but pretty damn good considerin' his age and all. :)
Btw, if I remember correctly, HT was sponsored by MuscleTech ( when they weren't so popular ) back when Kovacs was as well. Two great physiques back then. :)

Because he is a smart guy. He has maintained their muscle, joint, no nerve damage and his body doesn't reflect a gear abuse.
22 years as a pro Bber without signs of destruction, it's not common.

henderson was the nicest pro i ever met.. he was very gracious to my wife and i when i met him venice beach while he was doing a photo shoot.. saw him on the beach and street a few times after and always made time ..

Today bodybuilding's contest judging always talk about who is in better condition.
condition is important,but not everything.
muscle-hardness, athetics..should be top priority too

Look GREAT! Yea Henderson didnt place that high due to the caliber of pros back then but was still a good bodybuilder. 90s comp was all time...
