Too many people ask questions like this ALL THE TIME. I know a lot of you might research different ways to train but also start researching why people get injuries, how to avoid them and what to do when you have an injury. Every year I go to hear this man speak and read everything I can get a hold of from him. IMO, his word is gold.

i had about 3 days of hell a few months back with some wicked lower back pain. i couldn't get up, couldn't sit down. couldn't rollover in bed. walking was agony, and if i had to stand in a queue, i would seize up and be rooted to the spot unable to move. ;D seriously, i really thought i was fucked for life

It must be one of those things that works by making your wallet lighter.

I had lower back pain for years,then when i bought the titan home gym,part of the package was a pair of inversion boots,after just 3 days of hanging upside down for 60 secs at a time the pain was gone.on the odd occasion i get a bit of pain in the lower back,its usually gone after just one session using the inversion boots.

Person I know, complained about backpain, after some checks they found out he has cancer.
Doctor gave him 2 month to life.
