there is some big misunderstanding going around on the internet bodybuild board and hormone board,, it is in regarding to nutrition and the bodybuild,,

for some dam reason i see a lot of fellas talking about clean diets,, i repetedly told you in the past that clean diets do not get you anywhere even remotely close to 220lb 6%..not 250 but not even 220!

fellas,, listen once again ,, this is important ,,this is to all the fellas who really care about bodybuild and spend money on legit hormones,, and really want to get anywhere,,

Thats actually true..I did that last yr. I got lean and stingy looking..used a lot of t3 wich messed my prep.

THEN after the show...the magic happened.

1grm test + 35mg thai anabols..diet whatever the fuck, just made sure i had "protein" somewhere in there.

I did put on quality weight while staying about the same bf.

Jay cutler is known for eating clean year round. If your under 200 pounds and eat what you want I guarantee you will her fat no matter how much tren/ growth you have in your body. Bigger bodies need bigger calories

18 to 15% can happen naturaly ,, no need for drugs ,,

but from 15 down to the singles ....its trenbolona,, hgh,, etc yes you can do it naturaly down to 10...but you wil lose too much muscle,, the trenboonas is there til you get lean along with hgh ,,it is very short process by the way ...3 months 100 days...

then when you sit 6-8%.... you start mutation,,this is also when you need to increase calories,,

look ,, when you take anapolona...any legit anadrola no matter how its made,, when you take it 50mg a day then 100 mg a day you wil see that everyday the muscle get fuller and thicker fomr the inside out... you will notice if lean ...that your abdominal wall start pushing out but in a good way not like with insulina ,,the abs wil just push through the skin .... its your mission then to put enough caloris in and not play aroud with a dry chiken wing and steam rice... its your mission then when on that anapolona and hgh and testosterona...its your mission to eat that icecream and eat that jerk chikan ,,and eat that richer food ....so you give the hormones what they need for optiomal growth ,, again not oevr do it but just do it  and not play with couple dry chkiens and rice,,

it is highly important because this is when the body is prime for mutation and growth ,,this is how the big boys became big boys,, they didnt become big boys from eating dry chikan with some steams unsaulted brokoly ,, they fuckin sat and finished  2 double stacks on the 5guys burder chains after the gym and coupel more times along the day ,,yes they may ask burger to be made dryier ....but they still eat there!  and from ther!

it is important to understand this ,,because yes anadrola is great drug ,,equipona is great drug ,,testosterona is great drug ,,and hgh is king of them all ,,but those drugs need something to work with for optimal results,, now

since optimal results is in the eye of the beholder,, if you ok with 200lb 6% you can go on eat your fish and rice,, but if 240lb 6% is what you are after... thats demands more calories and more tasty food,,for not to forget! thie!   key here is that you can not gain fat when on hgh and trenbolona ,,you just wont ,, so if you dont get fat...and you take anapolona 150mg a day and you eat little dry chiken and rice...what exactly do you achieve? you will be 207lb insted of 202lb and have more lean muscle on you and thicker but in reaility you dont create true mutation....

you need to know how to save the term dieting for the final stages of prep,,

NO ,,no matter what your weight is ,,you can be 157lb ,,you wil not gain fat on trenbolona and hgh ,, you will always lose bodyfat to a point ofcourse which wil be around 6% wich diet that is whatever you chose type of diet... with hgh and trenbolona you will lose bodyfat ,, with trenbolona you will maintain low bodyfat with out any need for cardio while building lean muscle ,, both compounds will not let the bodybuidl gain fat no matter what... water? yes ,, fat ? no

nothign to do with size,, infact fellas who been on trenbolona and gh for over 3-4 months consistantly ...find it very very hard to gain fat even if they want,, even water it kind of hard for them to gain btu ofcourse it comes

trenbona ace aka fina...and propioneta is the most recomended first cycle for competitor bodybuild and wanna be ciompetitors,,any bodybuild who know the abc of bodybuild wil recomend that as FIRST CYCLE for fellas who are serious about bodybuild,,why? because it is the best compbo for putting on lean size...and when it come to bodybuild THE YOUNGER...THE BETTER,,

trenbolona is very very highly recomended by me for first cycle simply because there is nothing better in putting a wanna be bodybuild into looking like one and giving him the push needed rather than the usual fail in the gym that most do ...than the combo of trenbolona ace and propioneta,,

sides from trenbolona are nothing but growth and hardness,, sex drive is very high on trenbolona and hard ons are very very umm hard lol,, blod pressure wil remain 120/80 but blood pressure always change and it is a function of the individual daily life style and other products he takes including genetics... usualy most healthy individuals wil have ok blod pressure on trenbolona,, you wil sweat only if you are a fatzo and what i mean by that ...if you are 13-15% you wil sweat... if you are 9-10% you wont...in the singles the sweating is much less with trenbolona,, trenboolona cough is there and is very easy to get used to and nto every one has it ...it is mainly in the wway you inject ...if you inject into a vessel then yes you will caugh for few min then it wil stop really something you  get used to and no big problem,,limp dick problem is never the case with trenbolona ,,trenbolona only sexual problem is the fact you cant shoot ... so your girl is in the mercy of god,,because you fuck her and fuck her and destroy her yet you cant cum ,,and then when she thikn you gonna cum since you have so much strangth and stamine and shit think she is fuckin king kong,,,,when she see you about to cum and getting ready for a big discharge and shooting into her eye...she to her surprize see you came very little right on her belly botton since it didnt shoot well since you had very little to shoot lol trenbolona drains your sperm ...it  just leave you with little white cream lol you can cum but it wont be much ,,so you are horny and fuck al the time ...but the cum is little

I noticed with Tren that when body fat lowers the sweating especially at night is much less, so the higher body fat you are the more you get the night sweats, its the Tren working its magic ;) everything gh15 says is spot, even last night a friend of mine called me up. i sold him some Tren A, and told me he couldnt cum no matter how much he fucked his wife and jerked off, he was worried there was something wrong with him, i told him no need worry just the Tren ;D

Obviously up the dose of ghona, add tren back in. Lower test dose and up AAS. Eat more healthy fats mixed in to your jamaican, sushi and horsemeat diet.

Jay cutler is known for eating clean year round. If your under 200 pounds and eat what you want I guarantee you will her fat no matter how much tren/ growth you have in your body. Bigger bodies need bigger calories

I'm close to 7-8% bf right now and lean without any "diet". Little test and tren goes a long way. The longer you stay lean the easier it is to maintain.

I also don't sweat at all other than at night because I'm slaying my hot Asian wife with no mercy. Over 10% bf and I'd be sweating bullets at work when reaching over to grab my pen or stapler for fuck sakes.

Depends on your bodyfat, how well you know your body, which hormones you'll run.   12 to 16 weeks is generally how long you should diet into a show.

In the bible, you stated that you and many other pro's would take liquid t3 from research chems.  you stated that sometimes you'll do 1 ml of it which is 200mcg at once, then sometimes you'll do another half ML if it tastes good lol. 

Was this because liquid t3 is possible not as pure?  Underdosed?  Or because you guys are just hardcore like that lol.

trenbolona is very very highly recomended by me for first cycle simply because there is nothing better in putting a wanna be bodybuild into looking like one and giving him the push needed rather than the usual fail in the gym that most do ...than the combo of trenbolona ace and propioneta,,

Tom Prince off season diet, what you make of this GH?

Meal 1. frosted mini-wheats cereal, skim milk, 10 egg whites

Meal 2. 12oz steak, 2 cups rice

Meal 3. 2 cans tuna, 2 cups rice

Meal 4. 8oz chicken, cream of wheat pancakes(8 egg whites, 3 packs cram of wheat)

Meal 5. whatever fast food my wife brings home(usually jack-in -the -box): I get 3 chicken fajita pitas, 6 tacos and 2 pieces of cheesecake, plus a diet coke

*MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT SNACK: I usually get up at 3am and eat a bowl of lucky charms or 3-4 raspberry yogurts.
   

Seems alittle complicated, why not just try this:  A shake for breakfast and lunch, then just eat a sensible dinner?

That isn't my exact diet, but mine is similar + more eggs and an MRP - comes out at around 300g.
