Started a new training routine today by Aaron Anderton (http://muscleandbrawn.com/strongman-training-routine/). Anyone has any opinions on it?
Background: did a meet in '09 but haven't had strongman training since then (just the regular 5/3/1, powerlifting workouts). Want to do a meet early next year and am hoping that this particular workout will help.
Any thoughts?
