This ad was scanned from the May 2011 issue of FLEX magazine.
It has NOT been photoshopped or altered in any way, shape or form.
This is the ad EXACTLY as it appears

Look closely at the woman before she enters "The Lean Machine".
WTF am I looking at here?
Is that a woman with a penoris?
Is that a tranny?
Regardless, why is her penoris exlposed?

Also, what is the ad implying?
That it turns fat ugly trannys into fit hot trannys?

i always see this add in m.d. as well. ::) idk how they expect anyone to buy their product.
