Title: Post workout Carbs 4 weeks out to a show???

I've read all the article and it makes logical sense that carbs are needed after training to stop cortisol and spare muscle. But this is also somewhat counter to my gut feeling; I'm 4 weeks out. I'm thinking I should stop the post training carbs. Has anyone kept the post workout carbs in the diet all the way to a show? How did it go? Also what did you use for carbs?

depends wat kind of shape your in and wat kind of progress your making. if your shredded then keep the carbs or maybe increase them. if you still got a couple pounds to go but your leaning out steadily then keep the diet the same. if you arent going to be in shape in time with your current diet theen cut the carbs.
