I wanted to go to the DC Caribbean Festival...due to Georgia Ave (I97, the shortest interstate in the nation) runs from Silver Spring , MD past Howard U, the whole streat is shut down, causing GRIDLOCK like a mofo...

Well, when focus on vids by ignorant people, you get vids focused on the ignorant shit. Instead of the floats, funs, costumes, food, pretty chicks, thick chicks (and overweight chicks who shouldn't be wearing tight outfits), and the genral atmosphere is great

I've been before and met some fine Trini chicas.

The fools in the fights rarely have anything to do with the cool stuff you mentioned.
Most are loser thugs that have nothing else going and want to get some status and excitemnt by causing trouble.
