I think Howard is a little torn between doing another show and just carrying on with his family life.  Obviously the push for family life is a lot stronger since he hasn't done another show yet.  I think bodybuilding is a bit of an ideal for him that he doesn't want to completely quit, but also doesn't have the complete interest in pursuing.

I would rather watch Ron Aviden screw a llama then prepare for a BB contest at this point in my life Matt

I don't know Howard, I get the impression you wouldn't mind competing again or at least taking bodybuilding to a higher level than you do in the casual/hobby sense you have perhaps gravitated towards in your post-competition days.

I am more into running now and honestly have zero desire to beat anyone on stage in a BB contest.
I would like to drop a few more lbs of fat and have leaner waist and abs however. I admit that.
