havent been working out either but lost considerable amount of weight.
basically have oatmeal in 1% milk with some agave syrup
during the day chex cereal with no milk and or just some fritos with ketchup, maybe doritos next time
soda or 2 during the day
probably 64 ounces of juice in a day(not steroids)
rice and beans for dinner
maybe a snak of peanutbutter crackers
plenty of water
im thinking about making a new album in celebration the return of a few posters here on getbig

its good if you like to lift weights but i dont have time for working out. normal standing and pushing a lawmower keeps the muscle

Calories = Fat 9grams Carbs 4grams, Protein 4grams so cutting fat you cut more calories. Back on track for epic leans looks like Johnny.

Agave syrup is some good stuff, good choice on your diet Falcon.

Falcon whyn't just eat a regular fucken diet for once. Get your fatass in shape. Chicken, rice, brocli, oatmeal, lean beef. Why do you have to play aound so much?
