53cm = 21" (flexed, not pumped, alomst stage condition)

and people tell us Dorian had 18" LOL

Dorin has said many times that at just over 300 lbs he had 20 1/8 cold arms.Jays arms measured 22".ronnie was 22.5".I give rockel 20".

Go on the radio and let people listen to you, you will change the perception that bodybuilders are just stupid idiots throwing around heavy weights and make bodybuilding mainstream!!
