I don't think you should be allowed to post without a picture and/or gif of a girl in each post

I had a friend bring me some Darjeeling tea from actual Darjeeling, India, and it was the best tea I ever had and better than coffee. It tastes completely different from the crap that passes for Darjeeling tea in the West. As for coffee, if you are an aficionado, the best for espresso is Illy's an Italian brand. Unfortunately, this is not very common in the U.S and very difficult to find. Colombian, Costa Rican and Nicaraguan coffee have a reputation of being the best, but this is only for ignorant Americans. In reality, the best coffee in the World by far comes from the "cerrado" in Brazil. Most of the elite Italian espresso brands use 90% Brazilian Arabica beans in their blends.

I love both!

I love coffee for the taste and the push, but you cannot really say "tea", there's sooooo much of that stuff.

several sorts of green tea, different roasts of tea....

Both are great, also love both for working out, i drank no-fat-milk with coffee during WO for a long time, when i diet i drink green tea, Oolong tea, Mugi-cha.

After WO, i mix my protein powder with milk and tea sometimes.  ;D ;D

Try any kind of Sencha.

Bancha is even cheaper, and if you're lucky you can find a good one too.

Green Tea rocks, No headaches, nosebleeds, etc... unlike coffee.  I got off of coffee 8 years ago now due to skull-splitting headaches and nosebleeds due to up- and- down blood pressure and mega- caffeine dependency.
