This is the only reason I come on here. To learn the secrets of the pros. Lex, can you supply a video on how to do these......what were they called......uhhhh triceps pushdowns. I have googled this, asked everyone at my gym and no one has heard of this.

useless for developing power unless you use jump bands. but if you want to look "pretty" then do em'

Most important aspect is to warm up with a light schmoe and than go for the heavy hitter during your work sets.
The schmoe-nnage should be calculated and readjusted on a weekly base.

kickbacks are a joke. offers nothing that the other exercises dont and you have to organise yourself into a contortion to do a rep.
