Thinks they bark too much.
They live in typical CA-style tract housing, but certain neighbors *ahem* feel that they prices paid for these crackerbox homes come with certain entitlements that would be laughable to anyone with common sense.
But, I am willing to listen and negotiate a settlement. Anyone ever taken money to get rid of their pets and/or move to a new home? I think $40,000 is a reasonable buyout offer. As soon as their check clears, I'll send the dogs away and begin trying to find my kid a new home.

Are you nuts? Where is your testicular fortitude man??? Chain your dogs to within a half inch of your property border and make sure anytime your neighbors are outside, your dogs are as well. Fuck'em, that's my advice. Unless your dogs are loud at all times of day and night, the neighbors can go get fucked.

Had some neighbors lived next to me that had the most annoying barking dogs. They refused to keep them quiet and they barked non stop. They ended up getting a divorce and he got the dogs, she got the house. I was never so glad to see a marriage fall apart. Hate inconsiderate people.

$40,000 will only cover the cost of the real estate agent alone

i had disrespectful neighbors that couldnt keep there dog (pitbull) in there own yard...he walked into my yard...and didnt walk out...
-
Neighbors who allow their dogs to bark with no consideration for those around them are c nts!

I have a neighbor with two pitbull dogs and a chihuahua,...the pitbulls get out and come to my yard all the time,.. but the difference is they have great personalities and I have no trouble leading them back to their own place,...dogs with good personalities are welcome everywhere as far as I am concerned.
