I have been training like a bodybuilder for only a year and a half and just did my first show. I'm planning on getting picked apart here but I can handle it :)

You wont get picked apart, you look pretty good for a first show.

HAHAHA... I was a basketball and football player through HS and College and trained mainly with just powerlifts and a lot of plyometrics. When that was all done I started actually training for muscle growth as opposed to just strength and speed... Oh yeah, and I started dosing ;)

Pretty good structure. Back needs work but otherwise very balenced. Seems like you hit your legs hard, something novices dont do. I dont know if you feel like saying what your stack is, but hopefully its pretty moderate. Under a gram total I would think.

yeah, well, CE. rxmuscle logo, photo by dan ray, IFBB logo in the background, 12th place (heavyweight class btw), contestant number 252. It doesn't take long to figure things out on the internet.

looked very good for first show,must have been a tough lineup,that would be top 5 at a lot of local shows.
