So Im working out at the gym today and looking around at all the tank top bodybuilders. Lots of guys with biceps bigger than their thighs and almost twice the size of their calves. LMAO! Seriously it looks fucking stupid. I don't get it. Anyways, a couple of broads are working out and bam their fucking legs look amazing. WTF? I notice this all the time. Women have amazing, thick muscular legs and none of them seem to really work them that hard. Men have shitty whimpy legs for the most part compared to their upper bodies. What is it about women and their ability to build such muscular lower bodies? I'm 6'5 and I actually have pretty decent size in my quads and my calves are muscular for my height compared to stick legs on many guys my height especially the negroids. But I'll admit it, some chicks put my legs to shame!!!! I'd much rather have some monstrous wheels and ok arms.

I'm not talking just in pictures bro. I'm talking in person. I see lots of women nowadays that blow dudes out of the water with their lower bodies. I think it's something about estrogen and their lower bodies and shit. I remember reading something like that. You look at male vs. female speed skaters and many other athletes and it's the same thing. Now hormonized bodybuilders pick up the slack but naturally it seems women can build much more impressive wheels than men.

I would be embarrassed to have the bloofy upperbody some guys have and the stick calves. It looks so retarded. I don't think I would want monstrous wheels though, just everthing balanced. My legs grow fast and when your upper thighs rub together , it's uncomfortable. Couldn't imagine what it's like to be like Cutler

Women tend to store much more of their overall fat on their legs than men, hence on average women have a head start in the leg size department.

Notice for a girl to have a flabby stomach she has to be really out of shape (over 20 percent bf) but every natural not hormonized woman will have some fat on their legs and ass...Lots of guys can be 12-13 percent bf and still have love handles though.
I gotta say nothing is more of a turn off than a woman with a kim kardashian ass and bird legs. Work those quads ladies ;)

I notice this too. Women may on avg have better genes for leg muscles. I mean, if testosterone were that important for muscle size, we wouldn't need to have 100x normal test levels + a bunch of other anabolics in our systems just to carry 2-3 times the amount of muscle we already do. If 100x the test only gives 2x the muscle, think about how little difference it makes the amount that a man has over a woman. And women carry more water in their muscles because of increased estrogen, and this makes what little muscle they have more effective. And look bigger, though less defined.

true story and you fellas can call bullshit all you want....but When I was younger I trained at a gym with some elite olympic lifters, this chick comes in and backsquats 405 RAW. Full olympic style squat ass to floor with no wraps I shit you not just a belt. She was one of the best weightlifters in the country and quite the pair of cheeks from them squats :P

I think women tend to do a lot more cardio then men, especially all the jumping around and dancing shit
I that may help them sculpt their legs, calves, glutes
When lifting, I think the girls focus more on feeling the muscles working and less about moving the weight and also tend to do higher reps and have a higher tolerance for pain

For a woman who has had children, there is a permanent curse (sans dope)
Thigh fat on a woman is predominantly used for the energy pathway of lactation. I know that may excite some of you, but when a woman lets that fat stay for years and years, it is nearly impossible to get rid of.. and the strangest part is seeing these women with full 6 pack abs.

the reason is because as i keep telling you 2 of the BIGGEST myths in bodybuild is
1. you have to train real hard inorder to build muscle,,
2. you have to eat clean inorder to builld good muscle,,
number 2 is completly complety wrong,, it is the main reason half of you stuck at 180 6% and the ones of you who eat clean on insulina and hgh stuck at 200-220 on stage....this is why,, because you EAT CLEAN ,, insted of eating your mama nad papa,, pizza,,german ,, vietnamease,, sushi ,, juicy burgers,,....you sit and eat your half oatmeal and 1 apple and throw in your balonie protien shake and expect miricles,, you dont build size this way ,, i keep tellin you this over and over and over and over only to see the same morons on steroids boardings do the exact same thing and kiss ass to pros like me on muscular develop and say genetic genetic make me wanna throw up my icecream when i get this pm quotes from muscular develpp,,

you can still use protien powder...IF you dont have time to eat...but! it really is when you really need to push calories as high as possible not for he average 190lb 8% fella,, protien powder is more for the bigger lean muscle fellas who need higher calories and really need 1000 more caloris a day and cant chew it all ,, the fellas at 200lb really have no need for it ,,when you need more calories later on when you cant chew all day long then you can use some protien powder ...preferably eggwhites from walmart drink...but protien powder can be ok then,,
